Hello,

I am trying to get the BodePlot running with an ESP-01.
I used your Code and also the Version from timkoers, where he added the FY6900.

However my Signal Generator does not respnd. I can see the communication on my Computer, when I connect the ESP to it with an UART to Serial Adapter. I connected the ESP-01 directly to the TTL-Pins as described in the picture. This didn´t work. The FY6900 also does not respond to an FTDI Programmer connected to those pins and my computer.

The only way I can control it is using the USB Port on the FY6900. So I tried to use the ESP-01 in an UART to USB converter on the USB Port, but this also does not work. But when my computer is connected to the USB of the Signal generator, I can control it.

Can someone please help me with my issue? I don´t know what else I could try.

Thanks!

I have also tried it with a node MCU and connected it to the USB but also no reaction.

So I think it´s a software rather than a hardware problem. I don´t know why it shouldn´t work for me though. The Signal generator runs firmware version 1.4.1. Maybe there is something wrong? Which version was the code tested with?

I have a FY6900 with firmware 1.3 and ESP-01. It works fine in bode mode with a SDS-1104X-E.
Voltages and baud rate are correct? Have you choose the right board in Arduino?
