This is a bit strange approach, could you add a possibility to use just access key and secret access key?

Not sure if it has any relevance to you anymore.
But if you copy the custom queue driver from https://squareboat.com/open-source/nest-queue/docs/drivers#custom-driver.
You can change how the credentials are set in the constructor to use your access keys.
