Weekly Note going back all the way to week 1 of the previous year instead of current year

When you try to create a weekly note, it'll automatically create a note that's the 1st week of the previous year instead of current year

For example, in the date of this issue being created, its week 1 of 2025, which starts at 29 Dec 2024

But when you click on the 1st week, it'll create a weekly note for the week 1 of 2024 instead, which starts at 31 Dec 2023

This shouldn't happen
