The core foundation of this bot is to recognize when people are asking for general help about python and its recognization SUCKS.

This needs to get better.

Currently it works on a ratio of total length of words in a post's title to the detected 'suggested' words. If that ratio is above 0.25, then help is approved. If a title falls below or contains a 'reject' word, then no help is offered
