Hamburger Menu and Swipeable Actions

Suggesting the server menu be a hamburger menu in the top left, that is swipable from left to right to open. This could also include subscriptions and whatever else.

Also suggesting swipeable menus everywhere for easier one handed use on larger devices, especially on videos when vertical the ability to swipe down to hide that would be nice (similar to Newpipe).
