fixedColumnWidth and headerEnabled options together #363

I used fixedColumnWidth = true and headerEnabled = false
But columns widths not working. I assume it's because fixedColumnWidth options sets width in of the table, so when there is no head of the table, nowhere to set width. It would be nice, if two these options could work toghether
