custom component for opening row details not in the same column as additional-action

Hi, and thanks for this library!

As the title states, I'd like (I don't know if it's a useful feature for everybody) to be able to put my custom component that opens the row details, on the same column of additional-action (as the default arrow is)

Plus, if I may ask, would it be possible to add the option to extend the show/hide detail event to all the row, not just the icon?
