Parts not loading

I installed this because Keridian dynamics mod had one of the fuel switch mods as a dependency, I have tried the other 2 but they had a lot more issues. My issue here is that none of the parts from KSPIE seem to be loading in game. I had a moment there where I could fill any fuel tank with any resource, I am not sure if that is right or not but the log I pulled has a lot of Compiling errors coming from KSPIE. Any ideas of what I am doing wrong and how to fix this?
