[Bug]: Formatting issue with Callouts to creat Hints

Describe the bug

I am trying to add a hint to a card question via a foldout. The issue is that to recognize the end of a foldout obsidian seems to use an empty line. However to register a question there cannot be an empty line infront of the "?" character. A workaround is to use an empty heading, but this feels kinda hacky.

To Reproduce

1. Create a card with this conent:

Question
> [!help]- Hint
> Test
#
?
Answer

2. Review the card and see it works fine
3. Remove the empty heading and see that the answer is now part of the callout

Expected behavior

Maybe there could just be a native way to add hints to the cards?
