[Bug]: Note Review Queue not opening

Describe the bug

Trying to open the "Notes Review Queue" results in opening an empty window in the right side pane.
I attached a short clip illustrating it.
In the "Notes" option menu, "Enable note review pane on startup" is disabled.

When I enable it again, the menu is opening up in the sidebar. I don't need to review notes all the time and the auto-opening creates rather friction.

To Reproduce

1. Disable "Enable note review pane on startup" in "Notes" option menu
2. Restart Obsidian
3. Open "Notes to Review" via command palette

Expected behavior

Open the side pane with on overview of the "notes to review" with the command palette, even when start-up is disabled.
