returned links from stac fastapi are http prefixed instead of https

I saw the closed issue #62 addressing the same issue, I believe. But it did not work for me.

Using the following environment variables in the docker compose yml, all links returned from the stac fastapi are http prefixed. How to change those to be https prefixed?
