Description

Import all reuseable data structs & functions from previous versions of sBTC-controller contracts (particularly sbtc-mini).

Acceptance Criteria

  • sBTC-controller.clar contract created in sbtc-nakamoto directory
  • Nothing left to import from other contract iterations
