Display severe Service Alerts in Message #382

Describe the solution you'd like
Digitransit UI displays severe transit service alerts in a message bar.

Display transit service alerts of severity level SEVERE like digitransit does in MessageBar.js. i.e.:

multiple alerts should be displayed in a stackes way so they can be swiped through
each alerts should be shown until the user dismisses it by clicking the close button (x)
in case the description is to long, the alert should be collapsed and a button to enlarge the message display be shown.
