Test the ability to join a tribe

Base branch: develop

Purpose

Prove the ability to join an existing tribe

Success condition

Prove that the user can join and access tribe information/messages

Steps

Make server create a new tribe
Obtain that tribe information
Use that information to join the tribe
Confirm your join is ack’d and/or you get the message history

Acceptance Criteria

Run test successfully
