Sphinx Desktop - Open Threads and Podcast in new window concept

While exploring concepts of floating player, i found this nice concept of opening side panel (Thread, podcast) in new window.
Here is example how one similar app does it.
Do you think something like this is possible for us?
I think it may be useful, mostly for podcasts.
What do you think?

@tomastiminskas Here is an example how we can use ability to open threads or Podcast in new window.
User can open thread/podcast in new window, and close them in parent window.
Optionally, If new podcast window is closed, it can automatically open in parent window.
Tribes with podcast will probably need an podcast icon in header, for easier navigation.
Does this makes sense?
