Popup modals - exceeds the viewport height

Since the latest mayor update the popup modals don't show center screen
They seem to popup (be placed) center of body (the overlay doesn't cover head nor footer), meaning user has to scroll down to see it
It used to be correct in the sense that the modal would popup center viewport - as all popups usually do

There must be a global setting to correct this, since it is all popups this error is occurring - viewing on desktop browser
