How can we verify the CP node has completed it's reorg?

If we reorg, delete blocks/trx and re-index say 2 blocks back... but during that index we hit the CP node before it has finished reindexing for the reorg will we get the wrong data from CP? Need to test this through or reparse further back.

many reorgs have been hit and reindexes confirming stamp data - this mostly just could impact stamp numbering. Worth some investigation on how to better validate
