SRC-20 Feature :: Deploy Token Transfer

just a thought. currently if a user deploys a src20, that deploy stamp is not transferable, I think such function may be utilized in multiple scenarios- For one TGE meta data updates. Another example is transferring off a "project"(tickr) to a new "owner/community leader".
