Penguin Referral Code Generator!

• Adds a new Patent-Pending Semi-Automagical Mostly-Random Penguin Referral Code Generator
• Get a random participating LUG member's Star Citizen referral code. New Penguins may use this when buying a game package

Other changes

• Zenity download progress bars! (Thanks for the help, Ackurus!)
• Reset feature to delete the Helper's config files
• Keybinds are now backed up to the Helper's existing config directory (~/.config/starcitizen-lug) instead of a separate backup folder. If you had previously created a dedicated backup folder, you no longer need it.
• Usability improvements
• Code cleanup for portability and futureproofing (Thanks, pstn!)
