RDP is (supported, not supported. NEITHER!!)

For some reason, my RDP doesn't work, neither does it even show me if it's [supported] or [not supported]
This appears:

The amount of connections with this computer is limited and all connections are being used, please retry this later or go to a system administrator
I did also change my limit to 999999, so i do not get what the problem is either
