I cannot find if I can pass new data through Nevis without changing the model. Could you please let me know how could I do it? I am using python interface.

Hi! :) The problem is that adding new points will affect the positions of the old points, potentially creating a new cluster structure. It is possible (on paper, not implemented) to add new points while freezing the old ones, but that won't always lead to a correct embedding structure. The question is, what is the goal we want to achieve via the transformation without refitting? If it can be clearly formulated, it may even result in new functionality implementation :)
