From Amanda's e-mail:

Need to update style layers for all datasets whose thumbnails are not displaying nicely. Also, it appears some of the new thumbnails are displayed "off center"; that is, they are not centered and/or do not fill the 'square' properly

Also need make sure the process to add thumbnails and customize them for the bulk upload process is smooth.
