docker-compose up error

After a lot of mambo-jumbo re JDK I got it built, but docker-compose up fails:

Creating sailpoint-iiq_db_1 ... error

ERROR: for sailpoint-iiq_db_1 Cannot start service db: error while creating mount source path '/srv/sailpoint-docker/db': mkdir /srv/sailpoint-docker: read-only file system
