Leading discrepancy with Windows and Mac

Multi-line text displays differently on Windows and Mac, and not just in Dorico, but in other programs like in Microsoft Word, causing line spacing inconsistencies depending on which OS was used to create and print the document or create a PDF.

Per @dspreadbury, he said, "I suspect the issue here is that we have different ascender/descender/x-height values in OS/2 and HHEA tables in the font." and requested that I submit the issue here.
