Sharp symbol too similar to half-sharp #5

The spacing of the lines in the sharp symbol ought to be spread out more. I had someone misunderstand it as a half-sharp.

Here's Petaluma's sharp at a modest size already a bit blurry between the two vertical lines:

And a bit zoomed out it renders like this:

it is easily misunderstood by those familiar with the half-sharp symbol:

If the vertical lines in the sharp were spread out (a bit closer but not all the way to Petaluma's hash # sign), it would fix this issue.
