Generator on macOS Ventura ARM fails to check CMake capabilities

Hi. I'm trying to setup a new project on my Mac using this tool. Currently, I've installed the latest release of Xcode, added CMake to the PATH and downoaded the VST3 zip from Steinberg website.
When I try to set my CMake executable (located in /Applications/CMake.app), fails with the following message

I've tried to look at the source code and I've found where the app throws the error but I can't find any solutions.
