Feature Request: Automatically create ephermeral ssh key #63

Hi, could you please add this feature so that we don't have to manage ssh key just for kitchen tests? It's similar to the kitchen-ec2 feature here: https://github.com/test-kitchen/kitchen-ec2/blob/main/lib/kitchen/driver/ec2.rb#L222
