Hi 👋
I'd like to add support for both ATMEGA320/4809 but I've not done anything like this before. Can you point me to to some PR, patch or commit where I can see how to add new MCUs to the library?

Hi,
I am also on the same boat. I am trying to learn gnu tools like autoconf/automake/diff/patch etc.. to get some sense on where to start modifying the code. As for the patches, you can check out the below link.

More specifically, the patch 9543 is about adding support to new avr chips, I believe.
