The problem

currently after the user's access codes and email address have been entered and an email has been sent the page still displays the information until it is refreshed, if a user just then walks away then their information is still stored and onscreen.

What needs to be done

The page needs to refresh itself only after an email is successfully sent in order to clear the information for the next user.
After the user interface changes a similar function can be used to return the page to the start for the next user.
