Support for .lsdprj files

lsdprj format has been added in the latest LSDPatch release. I believe the the .lsdprj format is simply .lsdsng with kits concatenated. Full support in the import/export tools (maybe the tools should be renamed?) would require a base ROM to patch in the kits and would create a .sav from the song. Preliminary support could probably be added to the current tools by simply disregarding the kit data and creating a sav from the song (maybe the existing tools already work but I have not tested this).
