At least the STLAB_DEFAULT_MAIN_EXECUTOR=qt isn't being exercised, but there are probably others. This task is to look through the various configuration options and ensure that all code is getting exercised over CI with at least one platform. STLAB_DEFAULT_THREAD_SYSTEM=libdispatch should be tested on both MacOS and Linux since the latter requires a separate installation of libdispatch.a.
