[FRODO] Library Update Progressbar missing

The DialogueExtendedProgressBar.xml is missing for Frodo Compatibility.

I have copied it from confluence in my repo, will skin it tonight so it fits better with the rest of the skin.

Fixed most of it. I am still quite new to the whole skinning business so probably can still improve on it, but for now it has the colors of the rest of the skin and fits in quite nice.

I accidentily screwed up when centering it on the screen. Changed that and fixed it now.

Copy pasting that into your skin should give you your bar back.
