For some reason, everything this repo's automation publishes has the -dev suffix.

This issue is to make it more like the workflows in https://github.com/web3-storage/w3up/ (no '-dev' suffix i.e. no semver 'pre-release' identifier).
The '-dev' prerelease isn't bad, but we should publish non-prerelease versions too https://www.npmjs.com/package/@web3-storage/worker-utils?activeTab=versions
