Show child users who the "sponsoring member" is for their membership

Child accounts cannot see that their membership is linked to the parent.

Describe the solution you'd like
Similarly to how the parent can see the usernames of the children linked to their seats, the children should be able to see the username of the parent linked to their membership level OR have a similar “seat” section on their dashboard that displays the fact that it's linked and what discounts are applied because of that.
