Discount code still works at checkout when sponsor no longer has membership

Describe the bug
Even after a parent’s account is closed, the discount codes still work. Their expiration date remains at the original date that the parent account would have renewed. This should change so that the expiration is always in sync with the parent and if the parent’s account immediately closes for some reason, the coupon is inactive.
