When a child signs up, their "End Date" should show the End Date of the Sponsor account.

We wrote a gist for this yesterday - there are a few ways this needs to be done. This gist can use more testing but would be the basis for adding this to the Sponsored Members plugin: https://gist.github.com/kimcoleman/d24c430971dade95a130c8bf74ba2bed

It could be misleading in the admin, so perhaps a better approach is to show it as a separate expiration on the edit profile / members list. Something to consider.

Let's make sure we only show the parent expiration if the child doesn't have one. You could customize things so child accounts get their own (usually earlier) expiration.

If we aren't already, we can add a column to the members list and users list saying who the parent account is.

Show a message on the edit user page near expiration date: This is a child account. It will expire if and when the parent account expires.

No ETA on merging this into the add on.
