Handle unhandled messages

As discovered in strongloop/strong-supervisor#73, when the protocol (as implemented in lib/message.js at the time of this writing) silently drops unrecognized messages which is highly incompatible with previous versions of the protocol. At the very least the hosting code should be notified that an unhandled request was received, similar to if a message is malformed JSON.
