Long awaited and fully integrated with Microsoft Approvals. Can be toggled on/off by Admin. Supports multiple designated approvers. If turned on, submitted prompts are sent for approval and only show in Prompt Buddy if approved. See notes below for more information.

🌍 UI localized for multiple languages!
24 new languages, in addition to English, have been added. Each language is verified by at least one native speaker at Microsoft.
Intelligent localization as it automatically matches the user's display language in Teams.

🗨️ Share prompts to Teams chats 1:1!
Directly share a prompt from Prompt Buddy with any internal user. Includes the prompt itself, so users don't need to open Prompt Buddy to use it.

❤️ Improved access to "❤️ My Likes".
For easy access, your liked (saved) prompts now also appear in the left drop-down, when viewing any prompt or category. When you like prompts in Prompt Buddy, they end up in your personal category called "❤️ My Likes".

Fixes And Optimizations

• Admin app: Fixed image at success screen after adding a new prompt category

• Optimized Top contributor leaderboard by removing profile pictures. Reducing occasional load times by up to 600 %
• Major improvement and redesign of UI elements with regards to localization (for all non-English languages).

Known Minor Issues

• Approvals: If enabled, the number of prompts per category won't display on the main page. The prompt count still displays correctly when opening a category.
• Approvals: If enabled, share in channel is not available when submitting a prompt. As the prompt is pending approval, it will not be shared in the Teams channel. Currently, the prompt is not shared in the channel upon being approved.
• Approvals: If/When turned on, it can take up to 24h to start sending the approval notifications to approvers. This is due to first time setup and use of Microsoft Approvals in Teams. This potential delay is not related to Prompt Buddy.
• 📲Mobile: Multi-tagging of prompts not available
• 📲Mobile: Comment section and "❤️My Likes" not viewable

• 🔎Search - you can now search prompts from the front page of Prompt Buddy (searches prompt titles & descriptions)
• 🧑‍🤝‍🧑Click on top contributors on the leaderboard to view all prompts submitted by that person

We also squashed some bugs 🐛

• Prompt count wasn't being displayed correctly when admin deleted prompts*
• Admin switch to not allow posting to Teams wasn't being respected
• Removed info icon on front page and on category page. These went to an old screen for a different app
• Corrected the display of image after submitting a prompt
• Removed an error when adding new categories that displayed an extra question

*If you have the wrong number of prompts on the card it willl require a manual fix for the prompts that have already been deleted. This will require moving the erroneous rows from the Employee Idea Campaign Links table. These rows are the ones with a blank 'Linked Idea' value in the table.

🐛🪲 Bug Squash Release

We squashed a few bugs that were crawling around Prompt Buddy. Specifically

• Dark mode - app category drop down text wasn't visible
• Excel sample prompts had an error in the description
• Admin app had links to an old screen that is not in use
• Admin app posts a message to the channel when a new message was added. This had an error.
• Admin app said 'campaign' in the helper text on a new category
• Fixed an error in the title on some pages of the main app
• Fixed an error when the admin app is installed in a private channel
• Removed a language pack that had inadvertently been included.

Minor Update

This update covers the following

• New Prompt Buddy logo that is aligned to the origami styled category cards
• Updated language handling where some incorrect labels were showing for non-English clients
