SOG currently has no means for systematically change the name of a member. We need this process to deal with

marriage
change of gender
etc

We need to define the process:

Shall old credentials prevail (don't change name in username (sometimes acceptable, sometimes not).
Need to create new email address, set up mail forwarding for old adress.
Name changes shall be a onestop. The change shall be made by an administrator in Civi or Vogelnest and then be synced bi-directionally into all relevant DB and LDAP fields.
We need to evaluate if XWiki and Mattermost correctly deal with accounts which changed name.
