Identified a regression with the display of these dropdowns. It looks like not all of them are appearing the way that they used to, and the way I intended for them to.

Might be related to the shift in the current_user_can() check after the switch_to_blog().

Regression from #70 and #73.

I am wrong, maybe. The $sites array is only ever showing 1 site for me. Investigating!
