Getting little audio stutters on telegram audio files but much much less on livestreams.

Try playing audio file by turning off video mode.
This may be caused because of low server resources and ffmpeg burning the server for converting a picture to video.

i already did, not really change the stutter.

it cant stream video and audio at same time without issue?
