Sign in to your Instagram account
Go to your profile page
Click on Edit Profile
Click on Privacy and Security
Under Data Download, click Request Download
Go through process to request download of data
After you receive the link to your data, download

Import data

node import.js INSTAGRAM_USERNAME DATA_DIR
