Add function to deselect inactive facets

This would give users the opportunity to select/deselect facet terms in order to filter for (log. "AND") or remove elements from the results (log. "NOT") that contain the facet term.

Selecting and deselecting facet terms will reduce the results list.

Unfortunatly it's not that simple, as there have been things introduced, such as $facetStatus in another patch before.
Could you maybe rework that, @mh-goe and put this into a PR?

@ipf - since we are currently working on TYPO3-11-compatibility on the upgrade branch 11 and will presumably drop compatibility with TYPO 10 soon I will put the respective changes directly to the upgrade branch.
