This ticket has multiple parts:

in sul-solr-configs,
a. remove the following from solrconfig.xml (prod, stage, qa, 3_prod (see Remove argo3_prod solr collection alias #4220 re prod3) )
- active_fedora_model_ssi
get these configuration updates propagated to argo Solr indexes in the cluster (see Solr cluster: how do we deploy updates to our config files (schema.xml, solrconfig.xml, etc) #4219)
