Getting intended site for redirect

I need to display a message which informs the user that they have a localised version of the entry they are viewing, failing that, there is a localised version of a site with a link to the home page. What i cannot see is how to get the intended site that the plugin will redirect to. I have looked into craft.countryRedirect.info but that doesnt provide the information i need, what i want is the intended site handle. How do i get this?

There isn't an easy way to get this in Twig at the moment, but I will add a method for this.
