main issue is that when we upload 50,000 genomes, there is might only be 20,000 in the db as tasks in multiples start to overpopulate the qc tasks.

So the blazegraph queue might be empty while it waits for qc to finish, but that takes awhile since the server is also processing analysis tasks.
