Add footer to frontend boilerplate apps

The frontend applications should have a footer on screen that says something along the lines of "See the implementation for this app in the my-app folder"

The folder name needs to match the one they provide the CLI.

The footer should fire an analytics event when it displays (first time only?) so that we know if people are actually viewing the app
