Quick way to compare currently edited with original patch #7657

When editing a patch, is there a way to quickly switch to the original (unedited) patch and back to the currently edited patch to hear the difference ? A shortcut key would be nice.

Apart from undoing the loaded patch then redoing, I guess.

Yes, that's what I do nowadays. It's cumbersome with lots of changes.

I was expecting a more easy way (eg a shortcut key) to compare which supposes to have separate editable patch and original patch.

I'll create a request for that. Thanks.
