Surge XT Effects - Ability to reset parameters to default values

Suggesting to add the ability to reset parameter (under mouse cursor) to default value.
For example if a plugin contained a “Pan” knob, its default would be in the center at 50%, if user adjusts this parameter and then decides they want to go back to default value, they can use some form of mouse action to easily reset the parameter value back to 50%.
I have seen other programs / plugins typically use
-MMB
-Shift+LMB
-LMB double click
Which Surge XT Synth already uses, so would probably go with this if decide to add this, for consistency.

I noticed that issue #7935 is still open. Could you please assign it to me? I'd love to work on it!

Also, I've noticed that the parameters do reset to the default value with LMB double click, so could you please specify which knob (PAN knob as mentioned) is currently unable to meet the feature?

Generally we don't assign issues to people. Feel free to work on whatever, but it might help to join us on the dev channel on Discord talk things through. For example, we have one person who currently wants tor tackle the GUI redesign of Surge FX plugin. This work would likely also include dealing with keyboard modifiers for defaulting, finetune editing and so on. So your PR might clash with their work.
