automate publishing to Lulu API #169

I believe Lulu has an API and we can automatically update the files there.

With each update we need to push:

the main interior file
the cover

Only push if they have been changed.

It seems that Lulu has discontinued its publication API in April 2024. So this will not be possible anymore, unfortunately.
